The Bayberry, a 3928 square foot open concept split ranch, that was designed by Somerset Home Planning LLC and built by Tim O’Brien Homes has been awarded the People’s Choice award including winning all 4 other categories – Overall, Landscape, Interior design and best room. This is the 3rd time in a row that a house designed by Somerset Home Planning LLC has been awarded top honors at the Parade of Homes.
High School Building Trades III – Oconomowoc WI

Oconomowoc High School partnered up with Tim O’Brien Homes to construct a home in Autumn Ridge, Ixionia. Somerset Home Planning LLC prepared the construction documents for this project and donated a exterior rendering of the home for marketing purposes.
