SHP Personnel & Technology
- Drawings are prepared in native .dwg format CAD language using AutoCAD release 2000 to present or AutoCAD Architecture Release 2010 to current
- All drawings are created using Somerset Home Planning BIM (Building Information Modeling) CAD System built off of AutoCAD Architecture 2012. Upon customer request, we will provide AutoCAD 2000 to present drawings per specification.
- We leverage BIM (Building Information Modeling) to the maximum potential to minimize the time and costs of services related to preparing construction documents and give those savings back to our customers.
- Drawings are prepared by Somerset Home Planning personnel that have a minimum of 5 years experience and depending of project location within the US, are prepared by or under the supervision by Licensed architects on staff within Somerset Home Planning.*
