Somerset Home Planning LLC will be creating a new house plan that will be offered exclusively by Tim O’Brien Homes Inc. that will be in the 2011 MBA Parade of Homes located in Waterstone Subdivision, Grafton Wisconsin. The Bayberry, is tentatively set to be a open concept ranch plan that will be approximately 2700SF.
